What you get

- Your own domain.
- A year of hosting.
- Your free Google listing set up, so you show up on Google Maps and search.
- I build the whole thing from your photos and info — nothing for you to install or figure out.
What it costs
Free for the first year. After that, two choices — your call:
- Keep me running and updating it: $20/month (a community rate — normally a lot more).
- Or I hand it all over, no strings: the Google listing’s already yours, the site stays live, you owe me nothing.
What “free” covers: the build, the domain, a year of hosting, the Google setup, and a couple of seasonal updates (open for the season, closed for winter). Bigger changes we’d just talk through.
What I need from you
- A real, operating Maine stand.
- A handful of photos (5–8 is plenty) and the basics.
- You're okay with your finished site — and a short video of me building it — being shared publicly.
